🕯️ Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your candle arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at info@houseofvelas.com within 7 days of delivery.


Be sure to include:

Your order number

A photo of the item and shipping box

A brief description of the issue


We’ll send a free replacement as quickly as possible — no returns necessary.

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please double-check your shipping info and product selection before completing your order.

We only fulfill orders within the United States and cannot ship or accept claims from international addresses.
