Return Policy

At House of Velas, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, returns may be requested following the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unburned, and in original packaging.
• Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us first.

Please include:

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Authorization & Shipping

Once your return request is approved:

• A Return Authorization will be issued.
• You will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
• The return authorization slip must be included inside the package.
• Items must be shipped using the provided return label.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once the return is received and inspected.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
• Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt of the return for the refund to appear.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@houseofvelas.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Additional Notes

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
• Processing times may vary.
